Cody Poplin is a law clerk for Judge Raymond Gruender on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from Yale Law School and earned his B.A. with highest distinction in Political Science and Peace, War, and Defense from the University of North Carolina in 2012.
