About Eryn
Eryn Eby works at Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, CA, leading a team that supports implementation of a health technology focused on preventive and population care measures. For the last several years she was involved in the COVID home care strategy and COVID vaccination roll-out for Kaiser Permanente Northern California. She is passionate about creating efficient and effective workflows and systems to more fully integrate upstream preventive health into healthcare. Eryn was a 2013-2014 Luce Scholar in Laos and continued working for World Education for an additional two years, working with local organizations that support people with disabilities. Eryn also started an annual camp in Alaska for kids with juvenile arthritis to support community and shared learning for kids and parents. She currently serves as the Chair of the Arthritis Champions Scholarship Selection Committee for the Arthritis Foundation. Eryn has MPH and MBA degrees from Johns Hopkins University, during which she conducted a cost analysis with UNICEF Kenya on a supply chain integration project for their nutrition program. In her free time she enjoys outdoor adventures and seeking out the best Lao food in Oakland.
