About Ian
Dr. Ian Simon is a Senior Policy Analyst for Biosciences at the IDA Science and Technology Policy Institute (STPI), specializing in bio innovation, public health, and pandemic preparedness policy. Dr. Simon earned his BS degree from the University of Maryland, College Park; and his PhD in vaccine development from Yale University. He is a ten-year resident of the Shaw community in Washington, DC.
