Wen-Chih manages the operations of PayPal Giving Fund Canada to maximize the value and funds raised for Canadian charities. She has worked in the charitable space for over 15 years and her career ranges from implementing grassroots community projects in the Peace Corps to consulting on fundraising, partnership and community investment strategies for non-profits, multinational corporations and large grantmaking foundations.
